My Christmas present to the AH (early. It's for Greek Xmas)

This site appeared in Yahoo's picks of the week. It tells you how to bypass the phone trees at a whole bunch of corporations and what to do to get to speak to a real live human being. Could be worth its weight in gold.

It's like the Rosetta Stone!
:D

Now if they can just find a way of automatically bypassing all "natural language" answering services . . .

But you've violated the natural order of things.

You aren't afraid they'll send someone after you?

i'm afraid 'they' will make the barriers harder. this is like virus/antivirus.

but thanks, it's good to know a few basic 'knacks' (like ignoring 'invalid entry')

Just thought i'd tack onto this with my Xmas counter :) Only a few more days to go :)

North of greece christmas :)

Our local news channel reported on this recently.
I've been pissed ever since they took away the option to press "0" for a customer service rep. That used to be a standard feature on all phone calls to big companies.

An aside: I like Zootopolous. Will there be a Zootapalooza any time soon?
