Okay children of the 80's....let's hear it! What was your favorite toy as a child growing up in teh 80'?Dig deep and remeber!


Here's what I can remember right now:

Lite-Brite
Fashion Plates
Hungry Hungry Hippos!!! (drove my mother NUTS it was so loud. One day...it just disappeared. Go figure)
Atari (still have my original Atari....I can kick ass at Asteroids!)

Oh God...how could I forget about that? I also had that damn Snake thing that was absolutely pointless...but it kept me entertained for HOURS!! Such is the life of an only child.

YES!!!!!!! fashion plates!! I gave mine to my little cousin the other day and she was like..."i can do the same with Photoshop!" blech! :rolleyes:

Me too, AP. So glad I'm not alone in this!

I loved my Hot Wheels. My mom used to whip my ass with those floppy-ass orange tracks. Those fuckers hurt!!!!

you know some mom was on the development team for that one! 'I bet if we make plastic tracks for these cars to race on, they'll have dual meaning' LOL

Kids today just don't understand the joys of doing things "manually". Lazy bastards. LOL

LOL not my mom, but i bet it was the one that lived up the street....man that woman could be nice, but she had a bitch streak in her when I was a kid LOL of course once I turned 18 she said 'what a nice young man you've turned into' LOL what she doesn't know!
