The only thing that is irreplaceable would be my dozens of photo albums as I've been scrapbooking since I was young. All important documents & expensive things are kept in a wall safe that is suppose to survive a fire. Home/content insurance would cover everything else

I did a similar activity with several 7th and 8th grade classes. What always surprised me is that none of them would take games or computers. Most would take family pictures.
