LC, I think you are overlooking the obvious here. Hell and The Devil are very strong brands! If someone succeeds in overthrowing the Devil and taking over Hell, why would he advertise the fact? Why would he undercut the powerful brand names he now own? Think man!

I mean, from a marketing standpoint the new owner would not even want an 'Under New management' sign anywhere on the premises.

Now, if you doubt my scenario here, think of the old statement: "If I owned Hell and Texas, I would live in Hell and rent out Texas." There are lots of renters living in Texas!
