Once saw a news story about a doctor who took microdoses of estrogen as he said it preserved his youth. Gave me some ideas: people take potion or serum to remain young, but find it has unforeseen consequences.

1. Cruel billionaire doesn’t want to let go of his empire and demands his researchers give him an untested youth serum. He glugs it down and when he wakes up his youth is restored: except now he is a submissive femboi with a nice bubble butt.

2. Aging actress becomes jaealous of a younger actress she costars with and takes a serum. She gets her youth…except now she’s in a very masculine body that is quite endowed: turns out her jealousy is attraction and she just got turned into a form that her costar would die to get in bed with

This could go along with the X-change stories here. If you haven't seen them, people take a pill and change gender's. Usually its for a few hours, but some have ways to make it permanent if they so choose.

Perhaps someone nefariously swaps out the supposed youth serum with an x-change pill?

All I can think about with this is immortal jellyfish. So, I'll lean into it.

Obviously, my first thought is they just go full baby, but this is Lit, so...

The serum works great. Everything seems fantastic. New body is exactly what they wanted, even better, perhaps. But within a few days they start rapidly aging again. Not as noticeable at first, but they soon realize they're rapidly approaching not just the age they were at, but even beyond that. They're now trapped into a cycle of having to pay for new treatments on the regular, and as money gets tight, they're forced into doing increasingly depraved things for the people who own the product, who take advantage of the vulnerability for their own sexual deviancy.

Oh, or they take the serum, but forget everything that happened to them before they revert to the age? Basically like a full rewind, but everyone still knows who they are, famous, and this person is massively confused. Does the fame and glory go to their head? Do they turn out differently because of it? Maybe someone who had been humble and worked hard to get to be the great actor they were now realizes they can coast and so their acting is truly abysmal.

Basically an interesting story about the malleability of personality and corruption of fame.
