I’ve been doing the viral cut them in half and roast them let the cut side get caramelized while they bake and eat them that way.

Be careful what you wish for! Next, you’ll get a blizzard but have terrible snow removal and be stuck in the house for days. It gets old really quick!

IP = Instant Pot

Souper cubes are like magical ice cube trays in different sizes. I find it's easier for me to put leftovers in to freeze for another meal. No more wasted food, best meal prep for me.
