I've been better thanks Cas- seem to have developed a sore throat, headache stuffy nose. It might just be hayfever -it's spring here now

If it isn't hayfever, I hope you have a zinc spray at hand! This is my 4th day now, and as I started with the zinc right away, the first day was the only one I felt ill. Now I can just about feel having some symptoms, and I need to take it a little easy, but that's all. (Which In my books is equivalent to a miracle, I'm used to the first day of sore throat automatically meaning 1-2 weeks of sick leave and being rather ill, and another 1-2 weeks being convalescent.)

Feeling crappy right now but hopefully after a good night's sleep I'll be fine. Drinking a LemSip at the moment .. that will help me sleep . I've got heaps of sick leave so might stay home tomorrow just to make sure
