That sounds Good Trubby how are you making it? They don't have Sword Fish here where I live so Ive never had it.

It's a very mild fish that has a steak-like texture. You can do a lot with it but it's easy to overwhelm.
This is relatively easy and is quite delicious.

There was a soft ban a while back due to overfishing as I recall. I think they have restocked because see it a lot now.
