Great on Sunday hell on MondayBut But But you get an extra hours sleep..
Ya it always screws me up too..Great on Sunday hell on Monday
That is how I love too. I hate the idea of living my life based on a stupid clock. I get up around sun up, and go to bed about 8 hours before I think sun up will happen. To the grouchy ones.
We charged already a week ago, and for some reason I managed to do what I've often planned on doing but have never managed before this: keeping my waking up up compared to the sun (which raises up later than me at this time of the year), aka waking up earlier compared to the clock. So no screwing up here. Though it's more difficult to do the same with sleeping tines.
That doesn't quite work at these levels. The sun gets up at so varying times over the year... Some 6h difference between December and June. And go to Lapland, and it's anything from not getting up at all to not getting down at all. That is how I love too. I hate the idea of living my life based on a stupid clock. Wow… is that from being so far north? I have lived like this for years. Clearly we don’t have those kinds of challenges here. That doesn't quite work at these levels. Perfect!!!
We took a cruise to Alaska years ago in July. Don’t know the latitude (it was southern AK) or how it relates to @Strixaluco ‘s, but the sun sat on the horizon at midnight and never went all the way down.Wow… is that from being so far north? Yes, it's from living over 61° from the Equator. You're just some 36,2° north. Makes a huge difference, and I think it increases exponentially the closer to the pole you get.Wow… is that from being so far north? I have lived like this for years. Clearly we don’t have those kinds of challenges here.
Just did a quick check and we were at about 59 degrees…Yes, it's from living over 61° from the Equator. You're just some 36,2° north. Makes a huge difference, and I think it increases exponentially the closer to the pole you get.
So you were north of Arctic circle, which is 66,5°. Right at the cicrcle there would be just the summer solstice night when it doesn't go down.We took a cruise to Alaska years ago in July. Really? Because I'm at 61° and it DOES get down every night. Even if it doesn't really get dark for some weeks.Just did a quick check and we were at about 59 degrees…
Well this was twenty some years ago and we were drinking a lot. So memories may be a tiny bit offReally? Because I'm at 61° and it DOES get down every night. Even if it doesn't really get dark for some weeks.
