I don't, but I know people who do, and, yeah, they sometimes have to staple their fingers into the shelf to climb it.

Me too. I can't even watch video taken of people in high places. The climactic scene in the James Bond film A View to a Kill (which is a fight on top of the Golden Gate bridge) makes me physically ill.I am afraid of heights.
