13 Facts About America Conservatives Would Like You to Forget

You didn't answer my question.

I don't have to.

It's like your the President must negotiate the release of every American detained overseas thread.

So laughable it undermines the credibility of every other point you hope to make.

A billion dollars a day!

“The natural function of a trade union and the one which it was historically conceived is to represent those employees who want collective representation in bargaining with their employers over terms of employment. But note that this function is perverted the moment a union claims the right to represent employees who do not want representation, or conducts activities that have nothing to do with terms of employment (e.g. political activities), or tries to deal with an industry as a whole instead of with individual employers.”

“We have seen that unions perform their natural function when three conditions are observed: association with the union is voluntary; the union confines its activities to collective bargaining; the bargaining is conducted with the employer of the workers concerned.”

That's the right to work crap... Those workers want the protections, wages, benefits of the union without paying for it. They want to be able to pick and choose, and that isn't what a union is about it. It's about the body of the union as a whole. Doesn't mean it's a perfect entity and we have problems just like any other... but unions built this country, built the middle class and it should be no surprise that with the way unions have declined, that the middle class has too...and the income disparity has become so ridiculous it's not even funny.

What? That a fraud might have been perpetrated upon the American people and the world, and it is of no consequence?

cling, br'er fox.

you make noises
but they are outside the playing field.

you cannot be so ignorant as to continue to make yourself so noisily irrelevant.

i'll return to the op.
not a single one of the 13 points is contextually relevant
to the boots on the ground view...

strawmen.

and you've glommed once again onto the straw-iest of them...

for you...
that's seemingly not only a tired, numbered response,
but one of the primary ones.

the birth certificate?
really?

you aspirate so?
still?

i want to understand the mindset.
forget the birther bit.
leave it unresolved here for the moment.

can you deny the fact that you are constantly a detriment to cogent conservative thought on these boards?

So a Union force that peaked in 1954 at only 28.3% of the private labor force and today represents only 7%, built the nation? Don't make us laugh, some of us have chapped lips.[/QUOTE]

Um...today isn't the first day the nation has been around dumbass.. it's also 11.3 percent, not that any sort of fact ever seems to matter to you.

your chapped lips are from sucking miles cock.. pervert.

Well dumbass, you are in error. I said "private" labor force. Obviously, you aren't smart enough to engage the vetteman:

Public-sector workers had a union membership rate (35.3 percent) more
than five times higher than that of private-sector workers (6.7 percent).
(See table 3.)

That's right, it's all you have to do to maintain your lack of reputation as an attorney and a true officer of the court.

I like what I do. Sometimes I make a difference doing it. Lots of times I just grease wheels.

There are attorneys I admire, but not because they are attorneys. I admire them for their respect for others and how they use their talents to help others.

There are a slough of attorneys I despise. My guess is that you would suck up to them.

And there are loads of people from all walks of life I love or admire or respect. They have soul. They are creative. They care. My guess is you'd not like them.

But all said, none of it amounts to a level of integrity to admit or seek simple truth.

Pfft.

I've gotten people off death row because the government violated those rights you pretend to cherish. Pro bono.

Your move.

CJH is right.

Your credibility is utterly laughable.

You've become the Gallagher of the Literotica GB.
