You know, in some cultures the winner celebrates by not receiving a prize but by giving one. It is a great point of honour for the winner to be able to gift everyone with big prizes.

She's referring to the CARGO SYSTEM in Mexico. There are no big prizes, the local jeffe simply throws a fiesta and feeds everyone. We do the same thing in America at Thanksgiving, our pious frauds get together and feed all the homeless PTSD victims.
