Somewhat evocative of some of Egon Schiele's works- some have minimal color and pencil lines, nipples!...etc..Here is a highly edited, cropped version of the first image. I think it’s dramatic! And I like the freshness of the first few painted lines, saturated but tentative, next to the pencil marks. I even kind of like the messed up white and butter colors under the bow. Everything is still a possibility at this stage. As I think I’ve said before, I tend to prefer these just-started pieces over their finished versions. View attachment 2313156
