My parent's had one of his albums, and for some reason I enjoyed listening to their albums almost as much as I enjoyed my own. They came to visit me at the Navy Nuclear Power School in Orlando, FL while I was attending, and I took them to see Roger Whittaker. He was promoting his new album about Kenya, which comprised the whole second half of his concert.

Did you ever see the movie with the same title? Very disappointing. Had almost nothing to do with the song. They actually had Tanya Tucker, who covered the original well, record a new version of the song to correspond to the movie plot.
