We always respond to the clue, so we know what you are posting in response to, and we say how it answers if it isn’t obvious (like the song name or the artist name). We never assume someone has heard the song and therefore knows it references the clue.

Like @~Elizabeth~ said, it helps to post an excerpt of the lyrics that contains the clue, or post the title if it's in the title and the title can't be seen in the YouTube image. You could also provide an explanation why the clue brought to mind the song, like you'll see @BrendaD do occassionally, even if the clue word is not in the title or lyrics. Sometimes we state out clues as concepts or themes, so there isn't necessarily a clue word. We're a pretty easy going bunch here and we'll keep the flow going either way.
