Hello all. I've only just realised chyoo had a forum but perhaps you can help (its sort of linked to adopting a story)

A while back I started a story 'A Man's Best Friend' (http://www.chyoo.com/index.php/main.story.cover/5246) and as I was adding a page the site seemed to go offline. When it was working again (not long later) my story had disappeared from my 'stories' page (even though it was still on the site).

I've now found out that it's back on my stories page but I have no way of editing or adding pages (its a closed story and it doesn't seem to recognise me as the writer (and I've double checked I'm logged in correctly)).

So I was wondering if there was anything you could do that would allow me to edit/add pages again (I've still got about 10 pages sitting on my desktop that I wrote whilst hoping it would fix itself and I would love to get into it again)?

This is usually from different capitalization of your user name. The author of that story is listed as 'JMarsh'. If you log in as 'jmarsh' or 'Jmarsh', it won't recognize you as author/editor. Log in as 'JMarsh' and you should have no trouble.

Dear Folks,

I have a pending thread in Incest Mansion (since Nov. 20th) and haven't heard back from the editor after using the contact page.

I'm hoping some kind soul would be interested in adopting the story, since I'm not interested in seeking editorship so much as being able to continue a story line.

I've contributed threads to this story in the past, but the last one approved was back in May 2008. I suspect that the author, retroguy, has drifted out of touch.

I might also check with some of the other contributors for this story to see if they're interested.
