Evening all. I am tipping back a glass of wine. Something white and cold - sorry no details beyond that. Just had a long, hot bubbly bath. Tonight is movies on the big screen, fireplace, cozy slippers, good friends.
Tomorrow is...
Mwa ha ha!!
Hope you are all well.![]()

I just got home from after-work-happy-hour... two smallish raspberry margaritas, and confirmation that a co-worker is kinky. LOL
So....it sounds like you had suspicions about said co-worker. What kinds of signals did you get?
She's the only person I work with who didn't look confused when I mentioned my roommate is Poly.
we were comparing notes on the difficulties of dating, and I said beyon the whole cultured/brilliant thing, I have the added "joy" of being kinky as hell... To which she replied with the sticks&stones/whips&chains ditty, and I blew back with "Exactly, except it's much more interesting to be told - stand still; this is going to hurt."
At that point we ordered another round and agreed we knew we got along well for a reason. LOL

Hmmm....I'm not familiar with that variation on the classic ditty. Wonder what it would take to be able to hear you sing it?She's the only person I work with who didn't look confused when I mentioned my roommate is Poly.

I'm having some Bailey's tonight, though with the coolness outside it would go really well in some hot chocolate. Still delicious straight.
Anyone else for a glass?
Yes please - I have been trying the flavoured Baileys as well lately. So far the coffee one is the winner, although the caramel one is pretty good as well. The mint one? meh, not so much.
Baileys is really easy to make as well - I found a recipe, so that's what a lot of people are getting for Christmas from me.![]()
I had some homemake baileys at a party once and it was sooo good.
I usually have a bottle of baileys on hand in the winter to add to my cocoa or coffee. We always have spiked coffee on Christmas morning...nothing like starting off the day buzzed, esp. when kids wake you up at the ass crack of dawn!
Dry Prosecco is indeed outstanding.A few days late, but he brought over a Prosecco the other night for dinner - Prosecco is officially nummy. I can't remember the rules/explanation/whateveritis, but it's not quite champagne and not quite a sparkling wine, except that it is.
I must say even though the relationship itself, isn't nearly kinky enough for me, the friendship/good good/conversation/wine stuff is nice...
Dry Prosecco is indeed outstanding.
Sparkling wine made from Italian grapes and fermented in tanks = Prosecco.
Sparkling wine made from grapes from the Champagne region in France and fermented in bottles = Champagne.
