Bleh, so our puppy jumped up on the kitchen table, ate through a nylon bag and chowed down on a bunch of lollies and chocolates after halloween last night. A rush to the emergency vet and getting up at 3 hourly intervals to feed him charcoal was not what I had in mind!

I don't mind it. The kids enjoy it. That's the main thing. There's a few streets near us where pretty well every house gets right into it. Fake webs, fake spiders, bones on the lawn, big life size vampire or clown statues. Was great fun last night.

Yeah I agree, I think it brings a little extra to the community. I also dont mind as an adult the halloween themed parties that are becoming an annual event.

My son asked at 5pm if we could trick or treat but I was in no way prepared and he cried I’ve never taken any of the kids out for Halloween before (Dave the odd school themed disco) but I might give it a try next year. If I remember before October 30
