Hi NCAfternoon
Yeah... very sad news about Michael....very multi talented guy and came across as really amiable tooHello lovely crew, hope you're getting your rests in, or your partying in! Been a busy weekend here but I'm just taking it down a gear.
Raising a glass to Michael Moseley tonight (but probably not the water he would recommend).
Hi Wonky, I have got a back problem myself where I physically can't get out of bed unless I roll, but it's not permanent just occasionally. But going off that gives me an idea of the type of suffering you must be going through day to day and any support you need you will always find here from your friends and me mateThank you x
Very sleepy today. I didn't get to sleep until last 6am this morning and was awake a couple of hours later. Add in a few hefty doses of opioids and I can barely keep my eyes open. How are things today mate? Sun is shining up here in the frozen North.
Thank you. I appreciate that a lot and I hope your back issues clear up - have you sought treatment?Hi Wonky, I have got a back problem myself where I physically can't get out of bed unless I roll, but it's not permanent just occasionally. Have you tried any yoga, back stretching positions to try and stretch your back muscles e.g cobra and such. You might be able to teach yourself some moves from YouTube?Very sleepy today. Makes me sound like the one that betrayed the 300 in the film .
I have had days where I thought I couldn't walk and have layed down on the floor till the pain has passed, but luckily I've not needed any medication.
Except alcohol which explains why I'm such a twat all the time.

Like I said I can't feel your pain but I know it's not easy.I've tried back stretching with my physiotherapist but because I have another problem with my spine where it isn't the correct shape and I have certain vertebrae which are problems, I can't do it.
It's sensation and pain is what I describe as being kicked in the spine over and over. Then because the muscles are stretched super tight, they spasm every day.
No. I haven't been able to work as I've been disabled from the age of 11. Without boring everyone. When I was 11 I had to have my legs rebuilt with metalwork, muscle and tendon transplants and bone shaping. I also had to have hip surgery. Then in my very early 20's I was diagnosed with the spine starting to fall out of shape. I had surgery on that. Recently I've been told I have a degenerative neurological condition where I'll probably end in a wheelchair because my legs will cease to work properly. Now this spinal stenosis diagnosis.Like I said I can't feel your pain but I know it's not easy.
Would this be a result of your previous employment history?
Not taking the piss Wonky, but are you Steve Austin in disguise? No. I haven't been able to work as I've been disabled from the age of 11. Without boring everyone. I could be. At one point, before most of it was removed, I had £20,000 of titanium in me according to my orthopaedic surgeon. Not taking the piss Wonky, but are you Steve Austin in disguise?
