Vinegar... in coleslaw.... wtf! Standards have indeed fallenFizzy coleslaw is horrible. Even fresh shop bought can be too vinegary. Hard to find a good coleslaw.
That sounds lovelyI make one using cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped celery, a very small amount of red onion, julienned apple, a mix of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise (literally just to coat) and plenty of freshly ground pepper.
Sadly it doesn’t last, the salt leeches the water out of the ingredients and it’s a soggy mush by the morning after. Bit like meself
