Anyone from the UK?

I make one using cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped celery, a very small amount of red onion, julienned apple, a mix of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise (literally just to coat) and plenty of freshly ground pepper.
Sadly it doesn’t last, the salt leeches the water out of the ingredients and it’s a soggy mush by the morning after. Bit like meself
We found it doesn't last long when we make it for BBQ's
 
Fizzy coleslaw?? What did you spill in it?
I’m quite good on fridge protocol but no matter what I do, the kids interfere with The System. Consequently the slaw ends up concealed by tiramisu and Mountain Dew until it’s excavated days later. (This is shop bought slaw BTW)
