Anyone from the UK?

I re-slept until about half hour ago then got up for a shave and got back in bed.
I don't know what to do with myself.

My partner is in bed, hung over.

Same as you, I sit in the lounge half watching horizon, but my mind wanders and I want to cry, I'm kind of bored, but feel lazy.

I have that a lot and it isn't laziness.

Worst thing you can do is let yourself feel guilt about it.
If you're able to maybe get outside for a bit. A change of scenery really can work wonders.
If you're not then get yourself comfy and tell yourself you're having a reset day. Listen to music or make some nice food or even order in.
The important thing is to recognise that some days are hard but it's not your fault.
