Taboos really are more social constructs, and they can be widely subjective. One person’s kink could be another persons vanilla. Look at interracial sex. 40-50 years ago, that was a huge taboo. Now it’s lately mundane, but even that could depend on where you grew up.

A lot of it has to do with the excitement one gets from doing the forbidden. I do understand that real world incest is more often a part of abuse and manipulation. Some real world lines should not be crossed and remain fantasy. No one should be harmed for another person’s pleasure.

I am always a bit confused when people say they’re into incest.
