I first discovered belts could be used in a kinky way when my boyfriend jokingly (or so I thought) wrapped his around my waist. I enjoyed the feel of leather and the cold buckle on my skin. I always abstain from using leather in my day-to-day life and the sensation was new and exciting. He then threw me on the bed stomach down and started fucking me from behind. A belt is part of the normal household furniture, unlike a cat o nine tails, unless you are aboard a Royal Navy frigate in 1790. An ass whipping with the strop says to me "business as usual, not fetish/pervy/bdsm".

Last night, I was presented with my first "earned" leather - a belt, personalized with my name and group. The certificate that was presented to me along with the belt reads:

I was choked up, left speechless. It's one of the few times in my life I've been that stunned and surprised and proud. Damn near cried right there. I never expected to be presented with any leathers, I've never been part of a leather family that carried on that tradition. To have been given such by my group... It means the world to me.
