Gorgeous stockings! I love that sexy feeling under a fine, tailored suit. :)

That's a beautiful photo, Cherrysweetdeal.

Shankara posted your second photo a few months ago, but it was lost when he lost his photobucket account. I'm glad you reposted it, because it really is wonderful.

I have a confession, though, Shy. I don't see the BDSM in that photo. It is exquisitely sensual & passionate, but not necessarily BDSM. What am I missing?

Shankara also posted, and lost, this one (another Michael Rosen) -

I don't see it as BDSM either, but it's my favorite photo ever posted on this thread.

Rosen is a BDSM photographer, though, and those who are interested will find some great images at this site. I think I remember Shankara saying that he knows some of the people who posed for Rosen in San Francisco (but I'm not sure about that.)

Edited to add: Yes, Shankara does know some of Rosen's models. He talks about it in this post.

Alice for me it's the look on her face. You could read estasy but to me it shrieks of pain and pleasure mixed together.

Then again, it could be just me reading too much into it *shrugs*

I wouldn't call that "reading too much into it". :)

Our reactions to art tell us a lot about ourselves, our experiences, our preferences, etc. I've been in museums countless times, watching someone stare at a painting..... listening to their comments..... thinking - OMG! Are we even looking at the same thing?!?

To me, the woman in your Rosen photograph looks like she is in ecstasy - but I don't see pain on her face at all. Maybe the difference in our reactions just says something about our divergent ecstatic experiences. ;)

Thanks for explaining your reaction to it,
Alice

Ok babiesmiles, is this a street name, or the artist's flair?
