Well, I got out of the shower, one upstairs to put clothes on, and then sat down on my bed. I just never managed to get up after....I'm just wondering how "changing clothes" led to you being in bed "napping".

I zonked out hard, she was content to recline on me and watch Ms Rachel on YouTube while I was out. 
I find that if I nap anytime after 5, it will ruin my ability to sleep later that night. Usually if I'm going to nap I try to aim for noon. Gives me a good kick in the rump for the afternoon.
