Catching men/anyone in an obvious cleavage stare

As has been said by other women before me, when I show cleavage, it 's exactly because I want to attract mens' gazes. My reaction, depending on the one who stares, may be indifference, neutrality, a smile, and in very rare occasions I may offer him an angle allowing a deeper view.

I'm horrible at staring. My wife has perfect tits, but any time I see other tits on display I stare. I'm pretty good when with my wife, only glancing. But when it's just me I can't help but staring. The girls never seem to mind! And are always laughing when I talk to them
 
A story that goes back to the 1980's at the place where I worked. In today's environment it would likely get a guy fired, arrested, whatever. She wore form fitting dresses that often had low necklines that showed off the cleavage of her well proportioned breasts. I stood next to the visitor as he read the paper about not revealing anything about "facilities", he noticed a typo that probably hundreds of others never did. It indicated that he was not to reveal anything about "faciliTITs". He leaned over the reception desk, pointed to the "TITs" typo and asked the receptionist who was in one of her low cut tops. "Excuse me..... I was just wondering... does this mean YOU?" She turned 16 shades of red. Like I said earlier, in today's world, it probably would have been regarded as sexual harassment.

I always act as if I haven't noticed as not to make the man in question embarrassed but I'd love to know what they are thinking at the time, it's weird cause I don't like being stared at but my breasts are ok lol, just dont touch. Also half the time im covered up so i doubly want to know their thought process.

I've been caught a few times. No two reactions are the same. I like when she seems to enjoy it.
 
I have been caught many times, I'm sure, but one stands out.

I was working at my first job after grad school. One of the firm's most important clients was in town for a series of meetings. She was a busty woman in her early 40s that kind of resembles River Song. She blatantly flirted with my boss, but did not give me a second notice.

There could be a number of things he is thinking. First and most likely he would be thinking how sexy you look. He could be wondering what nipples look like. You just have not caught one. I like most men, can and do examine every woman. Depending on the situation dictates what is looked at closely first. My general order is eyes, face, overall,breasts, legs behind. All women get a good look - and as far as breasts are concerned - big or small I love them all.
