In all seriousness though, the only way a soap enema is safe is if you use castile soap which is a mild soap made with coconut and olive oil. The suggestion though is to do a warm water enema afterwards with either plain water or warm salt water.

Any other type of soap is said to destroy the intestinal lining. Personally, I just use warm water and that works just fine.

actually they were not meant to be be taken as one issue...washing is one issue ..second issue is having an enema.
