In all seriousness though, the only way a soap enema is safe is if you use castile soap which is a mild soap made with coconut and olive oil. The suggestion though is to do a warm water enema afterwards with either plain water or warm salt water.
Any other type of soap is said to destroy the intestinal lining. Personally, I just use warm water and that works just fine.
