on that note i might just take a shower in the dark.

I did practically bathe in chicken "blood" at work today after all... no amount of washing makes me feel clean on days like this.

Sometimes i avoid showering after incidents like that for fear of overdoing it (which i have a couple times)

Showers in the dark are a different matter though.

In the shower my back pain eases, the darkness makes the space feel larger (or sometimes smaller)... when i'm already depressed i can almost hear voices in the falling water.

Minutes slip into hours, at least until the water runs cold.

I like doing things in the dark too sometimes. (not those things , people here have such wicked minds) Like walking around in pitch black and not turn on the lights. Or going out naked on the balchony when it's really dark. It so heightens other senses.
