And I feel you. It was really bad for me during parts of my pregnancy, and my intrusive thoughts turned darker than normal. Shit... Sorry. Trying to be supportive but it all feels so cliche.

Oh it’s not so much of a hurt myself thought but more like I’m gonna say that really mean thing…out loud.

ICT I cybered today for the first time since my 1-year relationship ended (it’s been over a month but only 2 weeks No Contact). It was time to get back up on that horse. That horse is 16 years my junior.
