Cookie's Clearing and Cottage

The lord Valhal sizes up the cottage from the edge of the clearing... He has some unfinished business, and hoped this was the place.

Approaching the door, he knocks three times.

She's startled by the knock, and jumps.

Come in!

She looks up from her book, wondering who on earth is knocking on the door.

The door swings open, causing the Vampire's cloak to billow around him. He walks in, clear across the room, up the wall opposite the door, and back to the middle of the room, along the ceiling. Hanging there, in the room's center, he looks around.

"Hello there..."

She blinks as she recognizes the newcomer. Skalldi. She purrs in greeting.

Skalldi smiles and drops from the cieling, landing on his boots.

"Greetings. Glad I found the right place."

He begins looking things over, shelves, tabletops, as if looking for something of significance.

"I believe we've left something unfinished."

She may have gotten sidetracked. I haven't seen her on messengers in a few days either. and her family insists on dragging her off on their vacations even though she doesn't actually live with them anymore.
