I haven't been to Michael's exploring yet, but I love dollar stores!!!! Find all kinds of implements there, for very cheap!
(And Navarre, the other half of the trouble twins has just checked in

And you just HAD to mention dollar stores didn't ya!
Although, at the craft store near me (it's a Hobby Lobby the Michael's is farther away) they sell scraps of leather in a pretty good size bag for about $40. I've been really tempted to buy one to see what I could make out of the scraps. If nothing else there are at least pieces large enought to be handle covers for some of my leather lace floggers.

Re the Michaels Crafty Stores... This is really weird but, I knew a Domme in Texas who was into feminizing her msubs. I was in the craft store not long ago.
I looked at "fur" with the idea of sensation play in mind but it just didn't feel authentic or soft enough.
I looked a a lot of things for all kinds of reasons there. My daughter wants to make some tie dyed shirts this summer but I couldn't buy the materials because she wasn't with me and she is that age in which she must have some part of the process.
I also looked at things for work, home school and so on. I ended up with very little bought as usual.
I just some silk cord in three colors and candles in the same colors from which I was going to make a symbolic bracelet which turned out very well.

Not sure exactly what kind of sensation play you have in mind but check out these feather boas . I actually made a "flogger/teaser" out of one. When drug across the body lightly it sort of tickles, and it has a rope inside it to hold it together so when used as a flogger it does strike but not very hard. Which reminds me I need to update my site I suppose...LOL.

I have found that this place is a great place for some things. It has pet collars and all kinds of stuff. I bought a 99 cent cat toy and it is doing double duty. I beat the slave with it, and we both play with the cat with it.
Everyone wins.
They also have fake plants, and I am searching for the right foliage to make into a flogger.

Hello all, My Master gets 90% of all toys and everything from home depot. He makes most all of them that we have. I made a whip from materials I bought from hobby lobby. They have spools of leather that you can cut into any length that you would like. I bought a large key ring and looped the strands through that. Then taped the top with electrical tape for a handle. It is one of Master's favorites. I to enjoy it sometimes. There are so many things to use in a hobby store. You can make your own nipple clamps, soft ball gags, and all kinds of things with the right imagnation.

Sometimes it is not imagination that is lacking, it is inclination. Too much work, lol.
Now if a sub is handy....

We don't need alot of inclination. If Master feels like i have to much time on my hands or am bored then he will come up with some kind of a project for me. All he says is that he wants something then it is up to me to go shopping and make it. If I do run into a problem then he will help me with it. When he made the ST. Andrews Cross it was a mutal project. I didn't know how to use the jig saw so he cut out a paddle and then I engraved it and polished it. Of course it was nice that I was the one that got to try it all out.
