Well not quite all. But yes, they are the masters of make-believe! I think they make the same movie time and again; and the masses gobble it up.

Well, the audience is a bit immature...and, they can be fun to watch.
Why would they go east and not south? Crazy birds.

these are indigenous (well, local) birds. they're also nt as migratory as you might expect, but do head up to scotland, apparently.
Ah! I always learn something from you!
Bedtime here. Night.
HEY BFG
Just popping in to say hey and so far everything is fine around this homestead. Just holding down the fort down out in the country. Isolation is nothing new to us. We are surrounded by nothing but woods, but for some its driving them mad to shelter in place....And hell no I don't go to Walmart to survive lol.
Hope this finds everyone else doing good...
Dev.
How is everyone doing? Are you keeping busy?
I have been starting my seedlings and coloring in my "Cities" book, among other things. It makes me happy to see them popping up from the dirt. There are some things I have to look up online when I color, buildings and signs...I want it to look just as it does in the city I'm currently coloring.
Anyway, Wild_honey...thank you for this quote. I know one quote can mean many things to different people, depending on variables going on in their lives. This one spoke to me about how a DD or D can be a refuge...a home...or even a room within a home.
"We need a home in the psychological sense as much as we need one in the physical: to compensate for a vulnerability. We need a refuge to shore up our states of mind, because so much of the world is opposed to our allegiances. We need our rooms to align us to desirable versions of ourselves and to keep alive the important, evanescent sides of us.”
Alain de Botton
I'm still here.
Checking in.
I'm here and still safe.
get to work, slackers.
...oh, hang on.
Look who's talking!
Wake up!
Stressed = desserts (backwards)
I am feeding my sour dough starter anticipating making crumpets in a few days with the discard and wondering whether I should make blueberry muffins or shortbread or both.
Distractobaking!!!!
Have you tried making pancakes with the discard?
