Difference in post vasectomy orgasm

I had a vasectomy a little over a year ago. The orgasms seem more prostate ish,and not a full on orgasm.there’s times it feels complete, except afterwards my balls still feel “full”. I wouldn’t change the fact I had this done,I’m just curious if anyone has had the same experience? I will note, recovery time is much less now between orgasms.
I never noticed a difference

I can't say I noticed any difference because of vasectomy.

I do notice differences because of other issues:
If I'm hydrated, seams to have more volume, more liquid.
Haven't cum in days, more volume.
Cum daily or multiple times a day, less volume, maybe thicker cum.

Same issues as before vasectomy.
As a side note, I have no regrets getting snipped.

You are having a prostate ish orgasm, as you put it. That's the whole point - - to prevent sperm from reaching the penis. As far as the recovery time being less, that is likely mental. A vasectomy takes the worry out of being close, and being so, makes sex more fun. In time, you will forget how it used to be, and your orgasm will feel like it has always been that way. I had a vasectomy decades ago, and wouldn't go back even if I could.

There is an upside: A vasectomy eliminates unexpected and unwanted child support. Over the years, it saved my ass a couple of times.
for sure. i understand those. i'm just a purist! lol. glad it helped! and i don't trust the medical world worth a shit. for trauma they can help, for dis ease no way!! lol. i've fixed many things myself! cheers!!

No change for me before or after. Sperm makes up a tiny fraction of the volume, evidently.

Side note, it was incredible how easy the procedure went. My doc asked if I wanted to watch...so I did. Don't recommend that.

I watched, thought wow! This is easy work. I had one puncture hole that he did both sides through. As for a tiny part of the volume? I lost over 50% of my volume.I don’t regret it.i also drove myself there and home,no meds except for the numbing.he used a type of pen that shot it into the skin, not a needle. Mine is open ended,I recommend that if anyone’s getting one.

I had a vasectomy a few years ago. The procedure was quick (interesting to watch) and after a day of ice and a few ibuprofen I was up and running. I didn't wait the one week rest period for sex. So I did notice after 3 days things felt extra tingly down there upon arousal. After about a month those feelings went away and my test was clear of any sperm. Orgasms feel just like they did before and still going strong with no obvious reduction in fluid.

It was interesting to watch, extremely quick too

I was told to wait a few days and then “cycle the engine” 30 times and bring in that last sample to verify all good.

Took in my sample 10 days later and the front desk receptionist looked surprised and then smiled. No issues at all some 15 years after. Was definitely right move. I use viagra/cialis now at 58, but figure most do. Volume was never an issue, although it has declined with age. Sensations and everything else are still the same afterwards.

I got a vasectomy many years ago, and it's been one of the best decisions I ever made. I wish I had done it sooner. I had a no-scalpel vasectomy.

With a no-scalpel vasectomy, your doctor will need to numb the skin of your scrotum. Some doctors use traditional local anaesthetic administered with a needle. Other doctors offer no-needle numbing, which uses a spray to apply topical numbing medicine. Anti-anxiety medication is also available if you want it.

Instead of making an incision into the scrotum, your doctor will make a small puncture into the skin and then stretch the skin gently to see inside. They will then use the same technique as a traditional vasectomy to cut and seal the vas deferens. The puncture closes immediately after the procedure without any need for stitches.

The real benefits of a no-scalpel vasectomy come in the recovery period. The recovery time for a traditional vasectomy is close to a week, with lingering soreness, swelling, and bruising. After a no-scalpel vasectomy, most people can resume normal activity levels after only a few days. There is less bruising and swelling.

No matter which type of vasectomy you have, it will not be fully effective until several months after your procedure. When you have your vasectomy, the sperm that were in the position to be ejaculated can live for many weeks. You could ejaculate them and cause a pregnancy during that time.

Your doctor will ask you to have a follow-up appointment 90 days after your vasectomy to check for any remaining sperm. Use a reliable method of contraception until you know that you're no longer ejaculating live sperm.

Vasectomies are very reliable as a form of birth control. Fewer than 1% of vasectomies fail.

I had the no needle open ended, with spray anastetic.very easy recovery. I tried to have it done in my 20’s,they said I was too young.best decision I’ve ever made.

A vasectomy was the smartest thing I ever did. I had no change in orgasms at all. However, edging for a while should cure your issue.

The only thing of vasectomy did for me was my right ball has not felt quite the same since then, and it’s been 20 years.

I’ve gotten it scanned, gone back to the urologist, done pelvic floor therapy. It has helped but not cured the pain.

But my loads are the same size as before. No change there at all.

As other people have stated, mostly no regrets, although I did want more children. Too late now! 😂

I'll chime in just to add a vote.

I have had no change that I can tell and my wife has never said anything is different. She's the kind of person who'll comment on change, too.

I think I have stronger orgasms. My ex only wanted sex twice a year so I didn't get to test my theory that much. Now that I'm divorced I can test it a lot more 😆

I have been snipped for years. It’s nice not worrying about birth control(for myself or partner) and potential for kids. Best decision! No change in sensation and orgasms feel the same.
