My wife's foot fell asleep while she was watching tv, she got up, couldn't feel anything, twisted and broke her ankle. NOT fun.

I have that constant feeling in my right foot now after falling on the stairs. So it feels like the 3 middle toes feel as if they have strings around them.

Pitched nerve damage of some sorts maybe. They wasn’t a simple emoji for that , lol try to fine a
good foot massage somewhere. I think somewhere in the ball of your foot up towards the toes would be a good spot to zero in on. Then pull and stretch the toes like you would to crack your knuckles maybe.

That’s what I would do, anyway.

I had heel spurs and plantar fasciitis a few years back, very painful. I keep a foam roller under my desk and roll my feet while I work. Maybe that will help Black Caramel Creme.
