Twisting yet again

(Sorry perverts, no images just a thought with which i've wrestled for a while now.)

i prefer to think of WiitWD as an Art rather than a Science. Hell, i had to use that funky acronymn to keep a few posters from hollering "BDSM is what we do to each other, not what we are." Opinions have flurried back and forth concerning true, definitive, old school, <pick your label> and yes, i used that one just to get a few to purse their lips and pout a little. If you google pyl (or PYL) you get Press Your Luck, thus onward.

i don't have to drool over a specific activity or particular vein of play to recognize it as something that makes some people happy. If some alpha male chooses to run his company like Patton in public and be Shank's bitch in private, more power to him. If an inherently submissive female rises to a leadership position in her chosen field fighting her "nature" by sheer intellectual gifts and hard work all the better.

Science tends towards the empirical, yet the same results for exactly the same actions get rather boring after a while. Hand the same folks a paint brush, and things get "interesting." Some folks like classical Greek sculpture for the lifelike attention to detail. Others prefer abstract painting where color combinations evoke a different feeling or thought. Still others enjoy colored sand mandala. They're all forms of art, none inherently more valuable than the other, but priceless to those that appreciate them.
