From an erotic standpoint, not so much, BUT purely on the creative scale I give it an enthusiastic WOW!

I don't know if you purposely planted the subliminal second face in the torso I'm seeing as well. Once again your design reminds me of something from an old Pink Floyd video (which is a compliment, by the way.)

Because we are so accustomed to the positioning of our anatomies as we know them, it's hard to get past the idea of being fucked in the stomache and it feeling like anything other than being stabbed with a dong in the belly button. This is why it's so difficult for me to consider it arousing-- I'm not able to simulate the sexual sensation in my minds eye.

The really demented part of my brain also wonders what it looks like when she pees.
