Yup, that's one of my favorite sites. Only for window shopping though - they are quite expensive! I'm sure the quality is good, but it's out of my price range. (Most of my fetish budget goes for corsets, you see...)

I have seen the site you just mentionned and for someone who has never tried balletheels or the likes,it can be scarry seeing such outrageous footwear.Have you worn some footwear like that yourself and if so ,how good are you in managing them??

No, unfortunately, I have NO sense of balance, so I wouldn't last 2 seconds in something like that... plus I have size 11 Women's shoes... I would do better to strap on some surfboards :p

Etoile,I agree with you that the site has some pretty expensive stuff and if you tend to spend more on corsets,it makes sense to choose corsets instesd of those special heels. After all you can move around as you wish in corsets ,but in such heels,it is much less obvious.I know from experience

I also have a size 11 woman's shoe size, and if you have never been in heels before, chances are like you say,you would fall on your face.It is like ballet dancers when they first try to stand on their toes.Pretty scary.Plus when they first started making balletheel footwear, the heel heights went with the size of the foot.Like my heels are a full 9¨.On a smaller foot the heels would be a little less. Now the ballet heels on the market have a standard 8¨heel max.I don't know if the heels go smaller with lower sizes. Now having a longer foot may be easier since the height is max 8¨.It still won't be much easier to walk, but one inch is a major difference when in such outrageous footwear.
Good luck if you ever try some.

You have 9" heels? I would love to see pictures, wow...

I'm with Etoile on the wow factor... my higest heels at a pair of 6" patent Oxfords, and I rarely wear them.

My highest is 6" too and I pretty much never wear them either! I have tried on some 7" and I think once an 8" pair (only sitting down) but 9" is just astonishing to me.

I agree that such a height is impressive, but myself I measured the heels to convince myself of the true height, and they are exactly 9¨.Lets just say one doesn't run around much in them.As with the other heels you mention,my collection starts at 5¨(only one pair of spike strappy sandals and my very first pair).the others are 6,7 and 7½¨high,all without platforms.I have spent some full days in the 5¨ and 6¨ones,but the higher ones,I tend to limit my standing and walking time in them.
Such heels are on the kinky side and certainly not practical. The problem is once you get to spend too much time in them, you get addicted,no matter how impracticle they are.Look at me ,I am starting to think like a female.Ha Ha.

Ah the old mantra, muttered under the breath of many women jamming their feet into high heels, baring their midriffs in winter because it's a cute shirt, feeling tingling as a result of too-tight control-top pantyhose...

I must sacrifice comfort for fashion... sacrifice comfort for fashion... sacrifice comfort for fashion...

You are a romantic,Etoile.I believe you know the feeling quite well yourself.Probably the greater parts of what women wear,is illogical, impracticle and sometimes painfull, and yet they wear them supposedely just because men like them, but we know it is the biggest false excuse they can give.It is mainly because the love those sexy things, but it is hard to admit that since it is not really logical.
But we love women so much that we are oky to take the blame for their suffering.Ha Ha
Don't you agree??

I bought some ballet footwear yesterday...$55 which is more than I wanted to spend! But is it the kind you are expecting, dear reader? See below to find out!

Etoile, they are a nice sexy pink ,for a girl.If you manage to stand on your toes and walk in those, then ballet heels will be just like those except you will never drop back down from yhe point position.great ,isn'it??

They're not for walking, though - they're for dancing. They are pointe shoes, I got them at a dance shop. I think they are probably very different from ballet shoes or boots - because the vamp is so low on these, you have to have a lot of training to go en pointe. With shoes/boots there is usually full foot coverage and/or a strap, plus there's the heel. I think if someone who is skilled in walking in ballet shoes/boots tried to put on pointe shoes, they might be able to balance on them but walking is a very different skill. I don't think I've even seen a ballerina walk en pointe - they are usually doing steps, you know? Usually ballerinas walk on demi-pointe, which is sort of like standing on your toes when you stretch up to kiss someone.

Anyway, I think they are very different, but I wanted to share because they are fun.

edit: Here is some information on pointe shoes and the requirements to dance in them.

I'm looking at some of the "walking around" videos from balletboots.net and the guy walks very, very differently from a ballet dancer...that's pretty solid confirmation for me that the shoes I got are not made for the same purpose as ballet boots. I've wanted pointe shoes for years, since before I got into the kinky stuff, and I think my interest is not the same thing as my interest in ballet boots...they are like a chihuahua and a Saint Bernard. Sure, they're both dogs, but they are very different.

So, what I'm saying is that even though I got pointe shoes, I still need to save my pennies for ballet boots. :D

Etoile,I am very impressed by the articles in the sites you posted.Never having worn real ballet footwear,i never realized how much training it takes and how delicate those shoes are.I bet you will just love to try to manage those, they are so different from the kinky balletheels.I went out with a ballet dancer once and she was always in the highest of heels,it was amazing.I bet she could have walked in ballet heels easily. So you might train in your new shoes and then ballet heels will be easy

I have had more than one slave. My last slave was a cross dresser. I do not force a slave who is not a cross dresser to dress up because I prefer my slaves to be male not feminized even though I have feminized men to amuse myself. It is not a big kink to me so I can take it or leave it.

I use all of the tools of the trade so to speak to amuse myself. The only restriction I have is his and my hard limits. I like rope bondage, cock teasing, orgasm control and denial and of course strap ons. But discipline is a tool I use cause sometimes you just gotta smack a bitch!Eb

I just got a Chill from reading that.
