I absolutely do remember. When I was 11 and at a friends house, his older sister (she was 14) just finished taking a shower and was still in the bathroom. We were leaving his room to go back to my house and, when we walked past the bathroom, he threw the door open and yelled, "BOO!". Fake boobs do nothing for me, at least those done for pure vanity. In cases where there was a medical issue, for example, a mastectomy, I get that a woman may be traumatized in ways I'll never be able to fully relate to and decide to have reconstructive surgery as part of her recovery. In such a case, I would never hold her surgery against her. That's a very different situation simply augmentation for the sake of making them bigger.

By fake I assume you mean implants. If the implant is positioned correctly BENEATH the muscle you cannot tell the difference. However as this operation costs more most ladies go for the cheaper above muscle option and thus the implant can be felt.
