I have a thing about bare feet on unfamiliar floors, such as hotels. Hotel carpets rarely get cleaned, and I have seen some pretty unsavory fluids land on hotel floors.
 
There's also an extremities thing. If my feet get cold, I'm done. My whole body gets cold. Socks can make a lot of difference between being comfortable or not.

Choking is also something one should know how to do to not cause permanent damage on the throat. If you don't, better to refrain. I'm not into it either (though I kind of get what's the point), but I've heard as much.
 
Humiliation and degradation. I can even understand people wanting physical pain, but those.. Can't understand them the least, though not judging as long as it's concensual.
