For all the newbies....

Fixin to....yep..thats a good one.

For lesson 3....we shall work on collective nouns.

If you are referring to a group of people...they are commonly called ya'll. For example...

Hey...Ya'll come on over here and see this. This woman in this porno is fixin' to fuck a dog. What a whore she is...bless her heart!

Lesson 4..on the way soon.

Are you sure it's spelled ya'll? If you take it apart, the parts are you and all. In a contraction, the ' sign takes the place of the missing letters. Therefore, you would have "you" minus the "ou", and "all". When you put them together, don't you then have "y'all"? Or did I just get way too literal there?

Another good word we'uns use in Georgia is: reckon. Reckon is a word that takes the place of fixin. As in, I reckon I'll go on over here and grab me this dog that's humpin' that poor girl, bless her heart. And I've been workin on the proper spellin' for this word- see if you can guess.

Aaaiiiiitttte.

Ya'll.....Y'all....I suppose it dosent matter all that much. Either way you prefer will be acceptable and understood.

As for you Ambro...I owuld say Aight....or maybe not...doesn't look so good on paper.

I saw this post about "newbies" and had to say hello to you all. Yes, Im a newbie, but hope everyone will want to keep me around. Please pardon my inexperience, Ill catch on after a while. Looks like a really fun group, this should be interesting....

Howdy dere Ted! Jeet yet? Well, aight!

Oh no. The sad thing is that I totally understood what LL said. I think I've been here in the south way too long!

newbie

 I love this site, great stories... I thought I'd jump in and yammer with folks who obviously are as twisted and deviant as I. Women with intellect and rigid nipples are a particular turn on for me. One out of two ain't bad either.

Understood her? Hell, I felt like she was speaking my language...talking only to me. There for a moment, I actually felt....special. I see now *sigh* she was only toying with me. C'est la vie.

Ted ~ welcome.....and all that good stuff. Bless your heart!

Another one...bless my heart

Just thought of another one we southerners use along the same lines as "bless your heart".

God Love Him/Her

For example.....

Chuck, God Love Him, he is just the biggest sorriest sack of shit I know.

It's about the same thing as bless his heart...but you shouldn't use both in the same sentence. This is a phrase you would use if you plan on talking ugly about more than one person in a conversation and you have used your quota of "bless his hearts".

Lady Chance,
This next one, is one that you don't here very much nowadays. Everybody used it back when I was growing up in the 50's and 60's.
When going to see a movie, you didn't say, "Do you want to go to the movies?"
Back then, we would say it like this. "Do you want to go to the picture show?"
I don't know if the expression, "picture show" was used all over the south or not, but I know it was common here in MS.

Thank you Southern and Latina...I see Im outnumbered here, being a nothern guy. Love that southern accent, very sexy. Any of you ladies willing to teach a newbie a thing or two??

damn lasher you really do make me laugh but i too hate it when people do not use punctuations and keep going and going and pretty soon their little thread runs together and makes my little eyes hurt but at least i wasn't as blunt about it as you were i would never point out anyones mistakes

I'm a newbie here and the reason I never post is that they're is just way way way way two {oops to or is it to} much too read! If I ever find time to make it back to the posts I've previously read then maybe/ just maybe I'll start posting.
How was that for a horribly bad' mispelled run on sentence?? Oops forgot to mention... I hate when puktuation, spellin: and the use of certain werds are so bad.... ummmmm like there, their and they're.
Does anyone use spellcheck? or is it spell check?

Thank you all for the wonderful reading and entertainment you provide me.

My! Oh my! Aren't you the good pupil? I'm impressed. So impressed in fact, all I can say now is this, "I'm beside myself with happiness."

Lady ~

You certainly are a quick study. I may have to break out the coy smiles and innocent looks to teach you next. Perhaps the little southern woman wiggle and the sexy sultry voice (to go along with the accent)

Well I guess I am going against the NORM! I just registered tonight and have posted several times. I would have to add that in my generation things were cool and groovy! So I guess I am showing my age. I have only read a few of the postings so far but I am really impressed with this Forum.
