They showed up in Kansas USA about three years ago. Never never heard of them before that. Fuckin' chiggers I know how to deal with, oak mites are something else. :mad::mad::mad:

Ugh! And I thought chiggers were bad. There's no safe place from them. Wonder if you can suffocate them with nail polish like chiggers?

Speaking of paint. Yes I'm that far behind......... When we lived in Florida not far from a college our adopted son followed the Gators and painted his room dark blue and orange.
I'm sure the new owners needed a lot of Kilz and felt like killing someone.

Florida has Love Bugs. They love exhaust fumes.
Florida has Fire Ants. They love biting humans.
Every state has insects from other countries that don't belong here.
