Well to let you all know, I have never been peed on or done it to someone else. Well, as for me:

I just thought of something else that always bothered me about watersports - when I'm turned on, I can't pee! It's like there's some muscle which contracts and diverts something so that it's not possible to pee. All I can do is speak from experience. My girlfriend of many years ago introduced me to it by 'accidentaly' letting go whilst making love. Once she had got me hooked she would do it anytime during sex but if she was near orgasm she could'nt do it. But as soon as she orgasmed the stream would start, pulsing in time with her contractions at first until full flow occured.
My current partner also has the same reactions (although it was me that introduced her to it) so I suspect it may be physiological rather than psycological.
Rather like most men can not pee with an erection at first without practice and can be 'dry' for a while after ejaculation.
