I'm not trying to spoil your fun, but materials like rubber, jelly and cyberskin (the flesh-like stuff, which is usually an amalgam of latex, silicone and a bunch of chemicals) are very porous. That means they trap matter and bacteria, and can never be cleaned properly/sanitized, making things like anal to vaginal and anal to oral use very risky. Even just using them orally or vaginally can be risky and cause infections, transfer STIs, etc.

Now you can certainly mitigate the risks by using condoms with porous toys. It's a good idea regardless of where the toys are used, but particularly important for anal play.

Your best bet, however, is to buy toys that can be sanitized via heat, boiling, a bleach or antimicrobial solution. For a realistic dildo, for instance, you'd need to pony up a good bit of cash for a 100% (ideally medical-grade) silicone toy. However, far less expensive non-porous toys are readily available; look for pyrex/glass, stainless steel, vinyls and plastics that can be sanitized properly. For instance, the vinyl attachments for our Hitachi Magic Wand can be boiled, bleached or even thrown in the dishwasher, and they're not expensive at all. If you invest in quality toys (again, many are around the same cost or a little more than the crappy toys that are ubiquitous!) and take care of them properly, you won't have to throw them away, and you'll definitely save money in the long-run.
