Not that hard (heh heh, will it will be, but that's the point) if you have a tailor's tape measure and can do a little math (divide by pi) because circumference = 2*pi*r

The quality silicone rings are stretchy enough to get on more easily, but not so much that they squeeze to tightly. I’ve had some low quality silicone rings that were way too tight.

Try Home Depot for cheap starters.
Look for zinc plated welded ring. 3/8 inch by 2”.
