What happiness is not:

Worrying on money and lots of material shit.

i realize that i'm happy when i see that other people are happy; seeing their genuine appreciation for joy because sometimes it's difficult to let your light shine and detach yourself from the circumstances that life can place on your back.

-a nice warm long enveloping hug, you know, the kind you can melt right into.
-laughter. I love to laugh or hear others laugh (out of joy, NOT laughing AT others). It's something you take for granted until something happens in your life and you realize laughter is non-existent...then the first time you hear your loved one laugh after that is poignant. I don't take laughter for granted any more.
-crawling into a nice cozy warm bed.
- cheesecake
-I love to read, so funny series by authors like Shelly Laurenston, Mary Janice Davidson or GA Aiken, Katie McAlister (harks back to laughter, these authors make me laugh out loud).
