It's fairly obvious that nobody on this board really thinks of abortion as snuffing out a human life. Those who pretend to care about it in that way are really only thinking in terms of the general success and prestige of Team Right.

I think the political right is just as screwed up as the political left. The whole structure stinks and is full of corruption. So it is not a left or right issue at all in my mind. I hope that your last comment is not a reflection on being unable to grasp that a mother killing her own baby as a form of birth control is horrific. It has nothing to do with any political view at all. I hope you can understand that the very concept of doing something like that is creepy to me and people that champion it seem void of the most fundamental respect for human life. The same thing can be said for war mongers. Just sick to the core regardless of any political fantasy they cling to. I am not saying any of this to be offensive. Just sharing my feelings on the topic.
