I always appreciate the goal-setting mentality so was intrigued by your first post which I just happened upon today. It was a little bit sad that you were so down on yourself and I wanted to say of those day one photos that you shouldn't feel bad -- you looked pretty good for 50. Then I thought, what the heck, let me go to the end of the thread and see how he is doing now
