Where I live anyway, I do not often see average women out in public with thigh-high-boots, but the other day, at my doctor's office, asecretery was wearing something very similiar to these boots. It was not inappropriate, nor was she wearing a miniskirt (damn it), but it just surprised me to see her wearing them.
